A reader sent me this story. He says his brain is scarred forever, and I think mine is, too. I have several questions, though I'm not sure I want the answer. Who thought this up? WHY did they think this up? Why is cod better than, say, herring? The company thinks that they're the world's leading producer of this product? It's sold in pounds? Gentle readers, the world is a strange place.
